    I strive for quality. All of my products are handmade out of materials that vouch for the quality and comfortableness of our pieces, complemented by our careful crafting and special painting procedures.
    I use registered priority mail so a tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation e-mail.
    Estimated shipping time is 3-5 days for Europe and 7-21 adheres countries (shipping to America usually takes 7-20 days ).
    Holidays or other complications might affect shipping times. Express shipping is also available, just write to me.

    PRODUCTION LEAD TIME
    Production time for made to order items varies from item to item, but generally, the time does not exceed 14 business days from the time you place your order to shipping.

    CUSTOM and SOLD OUT items
    Please send me a message if you would like something custom made.
    Custom items usually cost $ 10 more than the original and take longer to complete.
    If a sold item catches your eye please send me a message.
    Most sold out designs can be made again.

    - Avoid exposure to extreme heat and avoid leaving your piece staying in the sun for longer periods of time.
    - Do not use chemical cleaners.
    Please careful and do not use perfumes and spray directly on scarves and tie.
    - Do not use any abrasive cleaners and avoid abrasive surfaces.
